Winners Concert Photo Order Form

Please be advised that unauthorized sound recording, video recording, and photograph taking of any part of the concert are strictly prohibited at all venues. VIVO International Music Competition will provide an official team of photographer. All orders must be received by January 31, 2015. Orders received after this date will be subject to a $15.00 late fee. Your payment includes sales tax and shipping cost. Please send your check or money order made payable to VIVO International Music Competition. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email at: info@Vivomusic.org. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive the photo you ordered.
